Minimum requirements

  • To be 18 years old at date of hire

  • Must pass a background check, a criminal history does not disqualify most applicants. Transparency is key

  • Valid ID

  • DOT Physical

  • MSPA certification for drivers

  • To pass the Arduous Work Capacity Test. You have to hike carrying 45 pounds 3 miles in under 45 minutes. This test must be completed yearly
